New Bunnies on Etsy!

I've just listed two bunnies in my Etsy shop! One, called Somerset, is a perky 4 inches tall plus ears and the other is a new style "dolly-bunny" called Anastasia or "Tassie" for short. You can see their full descriptions in the shop. I'm listing some extra photos of Tassie here since Etsy only allows 5.
I hope you'll visit the shop!

Bunnies tomorrow!

The weather here yesterday was rainy and windy .... Where's Spring??? As I photograph bears and bunnies outdoors, I'm waiting until this afternoon for photographing the new bunnies to go in the Etsy shop. The weather today is sunny, but pretty chilly.

The Bunnies are Coming!

I have some new little bunnies that are just about  ready to make their debut on Etsy! I'll have a link here over the weekend and maybe some sneak peeks!

I'm taking an exciting class beginning tonight at the Peninsula Fine Arts Center. We shall be making a fountain! It's in conjunction with the clay classes I've already taken. Some of the fountains that others in the class made the first time it was offered were spectacular!! Hopefully, I'll be allowed to take some photos as we progress and will show them here!

I have to include this fun photo. Rose and I were getting ready for "walkies" and Rocky decided he wanted to participate!

Bliss!!!!

And then there were more!! This is the flower bed to the left of my front door and the first daffodil has been joined by a crowd. Now if that isn't one cheerful sight! The best thing about these daffodils is that they are miniatures. They are about as wide as a half dollar and last for a very long time.
My kindergarten teacher (now you must realize that this was over 50 years ago) told me that a blue flower was very rare. Isn't it odd how certain things stick in your mind?? Anyway, whenever I see them (either flowers or bulbs) I add them to my collection. These lovely little blue flowers are in a pot to the right of my front door. I always choose blue pansies and blue iris are among my favorite flowers. They were the favorite of my grandfather, George Miner, who was partially color blind. He loved the blue iris because it was one of the only flowers that he could see in color.

Whoooo Hoooooo!!!!

I've just been out photographing my first daffodil!!! I think this winter has made it even more precious than that first blossom usually is! It was so beautiful this weekend that we spent loads of time outdoors raking, trimming, and putting out grass seeds. This is certainly one of the most exciting times of the year. I even love to see weeds coming to life. They truly are welcome guests after the cold.

New on Etsy today!!

I have just listed "Pinky" and "Patrick" in my Etsy shop. Both are pandas, but are quite different. Pinky is more traditional, made from alpaca and mohair and is 6 1/2 inches tall when her legs are stretched out and has the sweetest face you can imagine. Patrick is a little guy and made especially for the holiday coming soon in honor of  St. Patrick. Patrick is 4 1/2 inches tall and made of lush green and black mini fur. I hope you'll pop over to my Etsy shop and have a look!
